As a Massage Oil
To use blends as a massage oil, just put some carrier oil such as jojoba oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oi or magnesium oil into a glass jar or bottle. Add several drops of your prefered essential oils or blends. Stir thoroughly or shake well. Now, put some of the massage oil onto the palms of your hands. Rub your hands briskly together to warm the oil before touching the skin. Massage into the skin, using firm but gentle movements.
In a Reed Diffuser
Simply add a few drops of essential oils or blends into the carrier oil at the base of the reeds. Add or remove reeds to adjust the level of scent or add more essential oils or blend for a stronger effect. Reed diffusers work well for conditions such as stress.
In the Bath
In a bath tub filled with water, add few drops of essential oils or essential oil blends, add carrier oils or magnesium oil, add your prefered bath salts and enjoy a relaxing and calming bath after a stressful or tense day.
In the Sauna
If you have access to a steam sauna, try placing a few drops of essential oils or blends on the hot rocks. The steam will infuse the air with essential oils aroma, relax and enjoy a detoxing session.
In a Mist Diffuser
Using essential oils or blends in diffusers is the fastest way to get relief. The diffuser sends molecules of oil-infused steam into the air, where you can inhale it and absorb it. Fill diffuser with water add 2 - 4 drops of oils depending on size, relax and enjoy the therapeutic mist.
